Understanding your rights is the first step toward a safer, more inclusive workplace.

Navigating workplace harassment can feel overwhelming, like trying to find your way through a maze without a guide.

And to help shed light on this critical issue, FOSPAH’s Assistant Registrar Mr. Waqar Malik led a session on workplace harassment at Fatima Jinnah Women University Fjwu_Official (FJWU) in collaboration with Global UGRAD Program Alumni.

This session was all about empowering individuals with the knowledge and tools they need to tackle workplace harassment head-on and dove deep:

  • The ins and outs of FOSPAH and the legal protections it provides
  • A step-by-step guide through the trial process for harassment cases
  • Practical strategies to enhance safety in the workplace
  • How to challenge biases and actively promote gender equality

Legal knowledge isn't just a fancy term; it's a shield that protects us. By arming ourselves with an understanding of our rights, we take a giant leap toward fostering safer and more inclusive workplaces.
