A training session on the Protection Against Harassment of Women at the Workplace Act, 2010 was conducted at the offices of | HP | FKM - Hafeez Pirzada | Farooq, Khan & Mirza - Corporate Counsel | Barristers | Advocates

The session, led by our legal advisor. Ms Mah Rukh Aziz, provided an in-depth overview of the Act of 2010, with a special focus on the functioning of inquiry committees, as well as the detailed procedure for filing and pursuing complaints.

The training aimed to strengthen participants’ understanding of legal obligations and procedural safeguards, equipping legal professionals to actively uphold safe, respectful, and harassment-free workplaces.
