Awareness Seminar at the Attock Refinery Limited
At Attock Refinery Limited, our Legal Advisor, Ms. Mah Rukh Aziz, and Assistant Registrar, Mr. Waqar Ahmed, conducted an in-depth training on the Protection Against Harassment of Women at the Workplace Act, 2010. The training provided a comprehensive overview of the Act 2010, covering the definition and scope of workplace harassment, the formation and functioning of Inquiry Committees, the procedure for conducting inquiries, employer responsibilities, and the importance of ensuring confidentiality and protection for all parties involved. Through these sessions, FOSPAH is committed to strengthening institutional mechanisms and promoting safe, respectful, and inclusive work environments across Pakistan.
