Empowering Future Legal Minds to Build Harassment-Free Workplaces
Under the “Hum Badlein Ge Soch” campaign, the FOSPAH Peshawar Office brought together law students from TILS for an engaging awareness session. The discussion opened with a fundamental question: What is harassment, and how does the law protect individuals against it? Students not only explored the legal framework but also recognized that, as future lawyers and judges, they carry a crucial responsibility to ensure safe and respectful workplaces. They were reminded that they are not just law students—they are agents of social change. Their voices, actions, and perspectives will play a decisive role in creating institutions where protection, dignity, and accountability are upheld. The session sparked meaningful dialogue. Students reflected on their role and committed to actively contributing to harassment-free environments as they enter their professional lives. It is aware and empowered youth who possess the strength to reshape mindsets and build a culture rooted in accountability and safety.
