FOSPAH Conducts Awareness Seminar at ECP Lahore on Strengthening Workplace Dignity
Safeguarding dignity in workplaces is a shared responsibility. At the Lahore Office of the Election Commission of Pakistan, FOSPAH conducted an awareness seminar to strengthen institutional resolve against harassment. Madam Lubna Ali, Regional Head FOSPAH Lahore, and Muhammad Shazib Iqbal, Assistant Law Officer, led the discussion, emphasizing the importance of workplace codes of conduct and the role of Inquiry Committees in ensuring accountability. Abdul Qayyum Shinwari, Joint Provincial Election Commissioner Punjab, along with members of the Inquiry Committee, attended the seminar, reinforcing the collective commitment to safe, respectful, and inclusive professional environments.
