Ma'am Fauzia Viqar, the honourable Ombudsperson delivered an opening statement regarding the importance of awareness for the public. Ms. Noor Fatimah, the Assistant Law Officer enlightened the participants regarding the two distinct categories of harassment which is dealt under the Harassment Act of 2010. Ms. Lubna Ali, Legal Advisor Lahore responded to the questions of the participants.

Ms. Ammara Gondal the Council Member, Ms. Nazia Akmal the Senior Manager along with other members of ICAP participated. Pertinent questions were raised regarding the role of the Inquiry Committee and the status of independent audit clients, whereby it was clarified that an employer-employee relationship extends to independent audit clients as well under the relevant legal framework.
