Awareness Session at Daewoo Express Highlights Importance of Harassment-Free Workplaces

Daewoo Express Bus Service is a lifeline for thousands of passengers who rely on its safety, reliability, and service every day. But the strength of such an institution rests not only on its buses and routes, but on the dignity and protection of the people who make it run: drivers, hostesses, stewards, security staff, and HR personnel.

A workplace free from harassment is essential to ensure that those who serve the public can do so with confidence and respect.

To build this awareness and strengthen understanding of the complaint mechanism, FOSPAH Sub-Regional Office Multan conducted an awareness session with Daewoo employees.

The dialogue reinforced that safeguarding staff from harassment and discrimination is inseparable from safeguarding passengers, and that respect and inclusion are the true foundations of service.
