During the session, Madam Tahira spoke about the legal framework surrounding workplace harassment and gender-based discrimination under the Protection Against Harassment of Women at the Workplace Act, 2010.

The discussion with staff emphasized the importance of forming an Inquiry Committee and institutional accountability in creating safe work environments.
