FOSPAH Signs MoU with Ziauddin University to Promote Safe and Inclusive Workplaces

The Federal Ombudsperson Secretariat for Protection Against Harassment (FOSPAH) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Ziauddin University to strengthen collaboration on research, capacity building and awareness raising initiatives focused on the prevention of workplace harassment.
The MoU was formally signed by Mirza Amin Ul Haq, Additional Registrar and Regional Head, FOSPAH, Ms. Sabika Shah. The signing ceremony was witnessed by Vice chancellor, Ziauddin University, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Ali Shaikh and Shaista Sarki, Dean.
Under this partnership, both institutions will jointly undertake evidence based research on institutional complaint mechanisms, alongside implementing targeted awareness and capacity building programmes within the medical community.

This collaboration reflects FOSPAH’s continued commitment to fostering safer, more inclusive and dignified workplaces across Pakistan through strategic partnerships with academic institutions.
