FOSPAH Highlights Gender-Sensitive Economic Spaces in Meeting with BBOIT

Economic empowerment begins with safe and inclusive platforms.

As part of FOSPAH’s 16 Days of Activism campaign, Federal Ombudsperson Fauzia Viqar was warmly received in Quetta by Mr. Bilal Khan Kakar, Vice Chairman of the Baluchistan Board of Investment & Trade (BBOIT). The meeting underscored the importance of gender-sensitive business spaces that enable women to participate fully and confidently in economic life.

By showcasing BBOIT’s success stories and aligning on the upcoming FOSPAH awareness session, the dialogue reinforced a shared commitment to advancing women’s empowerment and inclusivity in Baluchistan. It highlighted that sustainable progress is only possible when economic platforms are designed to protect dignity, amplify voices, and ensure equal opportunity.
