Community Session on Enforcement of Women’s Property Rights Act, 2020

From widows to home-based workers, women gathered for an empowering community session to learn about their legal rights under the Enforcement of Women's Property Rights Act, 2020.
The session in collaboration with Islamic Relief Pakistan was led by Assistant Registrar Waqar Ahmed and covered women’s property rights, Haq Meher, dowry articles, and the role of FOSPAH in ensuring protection against harassment.The session also offered one-on-one consultations, helping women address their property-related concerns and claim what is rightfully theirs.
