FOSPAH Regional Office Lahore Holds Workplace Harassment Awareness Session at Packages Limited
Breaking that silence, FOSPAH Regional Office Lahore convened an awareness session at Packages Limited, Irshad Hall, where nearly 60 participants engaged in a candid dialogue on workplace harassment. The gathering was marked by the presence of Ms. Syeda Henna Babar Ali, daughter of Syed Babar Ali, founder of Packages Limited, alongside Ms. Ayesha Aziz, Group Sustainability Lead, and senior management. Concerns about retaliatory actions against complainants beyond the workplace were raised, to which Ms. Lubna Ali, Regional Head FOSPAH Lahore, firmly responded that the Protection against Harassment of Women at the Workplace Act, 2010 strictly prohibits retaliation against both complainants and witnesses. A presentation by Ms. Noor Fatimah, Assistant Law Officer, further underscored awareness, rights, and reporting mechanisms.
