The session featured a keynote address from the Federal Ombudsperson Ms. Fauzia Viqar, who emphasized the critical role of leadership in establishing and enforcing a zero-tolerance policy on harassment.

Following the keynote, Ms. Amina Rafiq, Assistant Registrar, Peshawar, delivered a comprehensive training on the Protection Against Harassment of Women at the Workplace Act, 2010.
